Job summary

Yesway is seeking a Store Supervisor to assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees, scheduling shifts, and resolving customer concerns. You will help ensure compliance with regulations and proper stocking of merchandise, and support audits and guest transactions.

Ideal candidates have at least one year of supervisory experience in fast food, restaurant, retail, or convenience operations, and a HS diploma or GED. Yesway offers comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• One year supervising experience preferred.
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with training and development of employees and store responsibilities.
• Scheduling employees for shifts.
• Resolving store issues including customer concerns.
• Ensure compliance with all required regulations and requirements.
• Assist with audits and proper placement and stocking of merchandise.
• Ensure hospitality for all store guests by overseeing timely guest transactions; and
• Monitor profits through end of day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations and retail waste.
