Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. in Minot, ND is seeking a Sales Lead who partners with store leaders to supervise the team and model exceptional service. You will set the tone for achieving team goals, provide direction, and foster a welcoming, customer-centric environment that reflects our hospitality culture.

You will lead operations, coach associates, manage scheduling, and stay informed on promotions while maintaining brand standards and teamwork across the store floor and stockroom.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with goals.
• Execute operations like cash handling, scheduling, inventory, replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership and contribute to teamwork.
