Qualifications

• Two years of college; OR 1 year retail experience and 1 year supervisory experience; OR 2 years general work experience and 1 year supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Leads and develops teams by training and providing feedback to associates.
• Delivers exceptional customer service following the One Best Way model.
• Manages store financials including P&L, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
• Oversees merchandising, inventory flow, and store operations to meet sales targets.
• Recruiting, developing, and mentoring associates to drive store growth and compliance.
