Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to support store operations and drive guest satisfaction at one location. You will supervise team members, handle hiring and coaching, and ensure financial goals are met while maintaining food safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to relocate within 50 miles of home.
• Available for a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified.

• Assist operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing associates.
• Help achieve financial goals and ensure exceptional guest experiences.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program.
