The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager and Supervisor to lead daily store operations in a fast-paced environment in Dallas, TX.

You will inspire a high-performance team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while maintaining store standards. You will oversee staffing, training, and development, manage inventory and merchandising, and execute promotions to meet targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Retail Store Manager or similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team.
• Leadership skills with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.
• Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
• Analytical ability to analyze sales data, manage budgets, and make data-driven decisions.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in retail management software and basic computer applications.
