Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma required or equivalent; ability to read and interpret directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and functions.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process payroll, scheduling, and cash deposits; support loss prevention.
• Maintain store areas to company standards and ensure safety guidelines are followed.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
