Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to lead a single store in Daly City, CA. You will hire, supervise, and direct associates to achieve financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences. A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success.

Formación

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the operation of a single Panda store, including hiring, managing and directing associates to meet financial goals and guest experience targets.
• Participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program to prepare for success.
• Support store leadership and operations to drive guest satisfaction and business results.
