Job summary

Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager for a Panda Express store in Barstow, CA. You will assist operations, hire and direct staff, and drive financial goals while delivering exceptional guest experiences.

A 3+ week leadership training program is provided to prepare you for success. Eligible candidates should have a high school diploma, be willing to relocate within 50 miles, and work a flexible schedule including openings, closings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

High school diploma required.
Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

Assist operation of a single Panda store, hire, manage and direct associates to meet financial goals and ensure guest experiences.
Provide a 3+ weeks leadership training program to prepare for success.
Support ongoing development and contribute to store performance.
