Panda Express is seeking an Assistant Manager to help operate a single store, driving guest satisfaction and financial results. Successful candidates will participate in a multi-week leadership training program and receive mentorship from the Panda community.

The role requires coordinating hiring, supervision of staff, and ensuring compliance with food safety standards while delivering exceptional guest experiences. Training is provided to prepare you for success.

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• Must be able to move/store within 50 miles of home.
• Must be available for flexible schedule including opening/closing shifts, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified food safety knowledge required.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda Express store.
• Hire, manage, and direct associates to achieve financial goals and guest satisfaction.
• Lead and participate in a 3+ week store leadership training program.
