Panda Restaurant Group is seeking an Assistant Manager to help run a single Panda store in California. You will lead associates, manage daily operations, and drive financial and guest-service results. A multi‑week training program is provided to prepare you for success.

As a leadership member, you will uphold company policies, maintain safety, and mentor team members while supporting a fast-paced, open-kitchen environment. Relocation within 50 miles is expected where needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Willing to relocate/move within a 50-mile radius.
• Flexible scheduling to include opening/closing, evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Serve Safe certified or Food Safety certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist operation of a single Panda store.
• Hire, manage and direct associates to hit financial goals and guest service targets.
• Complete 3+ weeks of store leadership training prior to or during tenure.
