You will assist the store General Manager in maintaining operating standards, supervising staff, hiring, and onboarding new team members to ensure a smooth and friendly guest experience.

The role emphasizes reliability, strong communication, and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
• Full-time work availability.
• Previous management or quick-service restaurant experience is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Assist the store General Manager in running and implementing operating standards.
• Count inventory and supplies.
• Ensure facility and equipment cleanliness per company standards.
• Supervise employees efficiently and effectively.
• Interview, hire and onboard new team members.
• Clean and maintain the store and equipment.
• Rotate commissary deliveries.
• Perform other duties as needed.
