Job summary

Afognak Native Corporation is seeking a Store Manager for the Brown Jug Tudor Store (3561 East Tudor Road). The role leads a multimillion-dollar store unit, delivering exceptional customer experiences, guiding a large team, and ensuring operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

The manager will drive sales performance, oversee scheduling, inventory, and training, and maintain strong relationships with store stakeholders in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in retail environment
• Minimum 3 years supervisory/management experience
• Willingness to obtain/maintain TAP or Rserving certification and First-Aid training

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a large store team to deliver exceptional customer experience
• Manage scheduling, labor, inventory, and finances to meet targets
• Ensure regulatory adherence (OHS, LP, TAP/Rserving, AK ABC) and safety standards
• Drive merchandising programs, pricing guidelines, and promotional execution
• Handle customer complaints, coach staff, and maintain strong store operations
