Job summary

Panda Express is seeking motivated leaders to join our store management team. As an Assistant Manager, you will help run a single Panda Express store, hire and guide associates, and drive guest satisfaction while achieving financial goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within 50 miles from home.
• Able to work openings, evenings, weekends, and holidays as business needs dictate.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certification preferred or required.

Responsibilities

• Hire, manage and direct associates to meet goals and guest experience standards.
• Participate in a multi-week store leadership training program.
