Job summary

Domino's South Hill is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the General Manager with day-to-day operations in a fast-paced, customer-focused store. You’ll lead a small team (10–15 people), help with scheduling, training, and quality control, and grow into a leadership role within the franchise.

This is a part-time position with potential for full-time; we offer bonuses for meeting store goals, earned vacation, overtime, and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years in food industry preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of management skills preferred.
• Minimum age 18 years.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager with day-to-day operations.
• Grow with the company and lead a small team (10–15 people).
• Support scheduling, training, and guest service.
• Help maintain product quality and store standards.
