Job summary

KnitWell Group in Pittsburgh is seeking an Assistant Manager for our WHBM store. You will assist the Store Manager in leading the team, delivering a welcoming customer experience, and driving store performance.

You will hire, coach, and develop associates; supervise daily operations, and maintain brand standards through in-store partnerships and omni-channel selling. The role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Assist in achieving store financial goals.
• Involve in hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
