Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred.
• Retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience supervising staff and operations.
• Ability to use computer and reports analysis.
• Valid driver’s license and transportation to/from meetings.
• English communication skills.
• Shift availability (Weekdays + Weekend) required.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire and train employees to provide excellent customer service.
• Manage site cleanliness, stocking and merchandising to company standards.
• Schedule employees within company guidelines to maximize service and image.
• Develop relationships with suppliers and resolve customer complaints promptly.
• Ensure safety, posters and compliance across the site.
• Analyze daily sales and expenses to maximize profits.
