Job summary

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Store management experience in a retail environment.
• Must maintain a high level of Customer service.
• Ability to lead, manage, motivate and communicate positively to Store Associates at all levels.
• Ability to train, coach and develop Associates at all levels.
• Ability to organize and prioritize tasks, develop a schedule and execute to achieve results.
• Fluency in English.
• Must exercise independent judgment and discretion.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Lead all Store operations and ensure compliance with company standards.
• Analyze store reports to evaluate expenses and performance.
• Schedule Associates to meet business objectives.
• Recruit, train and develop supervisory and non-exempt staff.
• Oversee payroll administration and timekeeping.
• Maintain loss prevention awareness and store safety.
• Ensure inventory control and merchandizing guidelines.
• Lead annual inventory process.
• Represent Ross brand with customers.
