Qualifications

• 1-3 years of management experience in convenience store, retail, fast food, or restaurant operations.
• Budget and P&L understanding.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
• Must be able to provide coverage including nights, weekends, and/or holidays.
• MS Outlook, Word, and Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Workforce Management and Development: recruit, hire, train and develop store staff; supervise hourly employees; provide coaching and evaluations.
• Financials and Sales: manage site operating budget; maximize store sales and gasoline volume; monitor shrink and inventory.
• Customer Service: deliver best possible customer experience; greet customers with a smile; promote specials and upsell.
• Safety & Station Appearance: ensure safety policies; maintain store cleanliness; safeguard equipment and inventory.
