Job summary

Chico's FAS, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Manager at Store 0632-The Shops at Coconut Point in Estero, FL. You will support the Store Manager, lead a team, and deliver a welcoming, personalized customer experience aligned with our hospitality culture.

You will hire, coach, and empower associates while driving store performance, inventory control, and a safe, compliant operation in a vibrant retail environment.

Qualifications

• 3 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Build, lead, and develop a team to deliver a customer-centered experience.
• Take ownership to achieve the financial goals of the store and motivate the team.
• Assist in the hiring, development, and coaching of associates.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Maintain a visually inspiring store environment that reflects brand standards.
• Take ownership to ensure safe and efficient store operations including inventory management, daily replenishment of floor merchandise, and execution of inventories.
• Ensure compliance with all policies, guidelines, and business practices.
• Build community connections through in-store company-sponsored events, philanthropy, and other initiatives.
