7-Eleven is seeking a Store Leader Trainee in Bedford Heights, OH for a full-time role. You will join a leadership team focused on merchandising, customer service, and profitability. The program emphasizes internal advancement with comprehensive training and mentorship.

The position requires supervisory experience or readiness to lead, with a background in retail management and strong communication. A valid driver's license and willingness to multi-task are preferred as the role supports retail
