Job summary

Tommy Bahama is seeking a store leader to drive guest experiences and sales performance in our Naples, FL location. You will lead a retail team, coach staff, and collaborate with the Store Manager to achieve the store’s goals while maintaining the relaxed island aesthetic.

You will focus on merchandising, visual presentation, and analyzing sales reports to identify opportunities for improvement, with a strong emphasis on leadership, teamwork, and guest service.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of retail experience.
• 2+ years of management supervision experience.
• Exposure to merchandising and retail visual concepts.
• Coached and developed a team.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to analyze reports and identify opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Create a relaxed destination by partnering with the Store Manager and leading by example through motivation, support, and communication to provide an exceptional guest experience.
• Set the course by building strong sales and service relationships with guests in all store operations and role-model key sales/service behaviors.
• Drive sales by achieving the sales plan through planning, execution, business analysis, and efficient store processes with the Store Manager.
• Onboard and coach Retail Team Members to promote sales and internal growth with clear performance expectations.
• Support the business by being flexible with duties as needed.
