Job summary

maurices is seeking a full‑time Store Manager in Beatrice, NE to lead a high‑performing team of 8–20 associates, including 3–4 managers. You will drive sales, loyalty, and exceptional customer experiences in a regular/full‑time role at Store 1112-Indian Creek Mall.

Lead talent development, oversee onboarding and training, and manage visual presentation, operations, and store expenses. You will actively engage with the community to raise brand awareness and bring innovative ideas to the team.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience is required; specialty retail store management experience is preferred.
• Ability to identify and develop talent and to influence a positive team atmosphere.
• Strong decision‑making skills with a focus on achieving results.
• Computer proficiency is necessary for daily store operations.
• Availability to work day, evening, and weekend hours.
