Qualifications

• Experience with hardlines or variety merchandise; BIG BOX experience a plus is preferred.
• Strong productivity management in freight processing is required.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and written skills are required.
• Must be able to lift between 30 to 50 lbs. and meet demands of frequent walking and standing.

Responsibilities

• Recruit and hire store associates to serve customers.

• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
