Panda Restaurant Group is seeking a Store Manager to lead a Panda Express location. You will oversee operations, hire and guide staff to meet financial goals and ensure outstanding guest experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Must be flexible to move to a store within a radius of 50 miles from home.
• Must be available to work a flexible schedule that generally includes opening and closing shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays, driven by business needs.
• Food Safety: Serve Safe certified.

Responsibilities

• You are in charge of the operation of a single store, including hiring, managing and directing of associates to achieve financial goals and ensuring the delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare for success with 8+ weeks of store leadership training.
• Support from the Panda community and leadership development opportunities.
