Nouria Energy Corporation is seeking a Store Manager to lead day-to-day operations at a busy location in Hartford, CT. You will manage staff, control the store budget, supervise inventory, and ensure outstanding customer service while upholding safety standards.

Responsibilities include workforce development, sales growth, cost control, and compliance with all laws. The role requires a hands-on leader with excellent communication skills and the ability to work flexible hours.

Qualificações

• 1-3 years of management experience in convenience store, retail, fast food, or restaurant operations.
• Budget and P&L understanding.
• Ability to effectively perform in a fast-paced work environment.
• MS Outlook, Word, and Excel skills.
• State of Maine Applicants Only: UST Class A/B Certification is a MUST or ability to become certified within the first 30 days of employment

Responsabilidades

• Workforce Management and Development: Recruit, interview, hire, train, and develop all store staff; motivate and coach staff; supervise scheduling and payroll reporting.
• Financials and Sales: Develop site operating budgets; maximize store sales and fuel volume; monitor prices and inventory; ensure shrink targets and compliance.
• Customer Service: Deliver top customer experience; greet customers; suggest add-on purchases; execute customer service program site-wide.
• Safety & Station Appearance: Enforce safety policies; maintain cleanliness and security; inspect hazards and take corrective actions; ensure safe operation of equipment.
