Job summary

Domino's is seeking Assistant Managers to oversee daily store operations, lead a team, and uphold high standards of customer service and product quality.

Starting pay is $15 per hour with advancement opportunities; full-time and part-time schedules are available, plus benefits and a fun, energetic work environment.

Responsibilities include staffing, cost controls, cash handling, inventory, training, scheduling, and ensuring a positive guest experience.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience: 1 year (preferred).
• Restaurant experience: 1 year (preferred).
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control, and customer relations.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, and adherence to standards; focus on service, profitability and overall store performance.
• Other duties include marketing, promoting a positive image, and maintaining cleanliness and safety according to Domino's policies.
