Qualifications

• 1+ Years Retail Supervisor experience in similar volume or equivalent.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite and video platforms.
• Strong communication skills, verbal and written.
• Inventory management and merchandising abilities.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Time management and prioritization skills.
• Career growth mindset; social media experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Crew in the absence of the Store Manager with transparency.
• Drive vendor and customer engagement to exceed goals.
• Coach Crew Leads to improve performance and accountability.
• Educate on product information and brand initiatives to boost sales.
• Foster open communication with Crew and HQ to improve store experience.
• Recruit and maintain a talent pool for open positions.
• Evaluate store operations for efficiency and profitability.
• Support merchandising reflecting brand initiatives and local needs.
