You will manage scheduling, training, and staff development, while upholding Circle K’s standards and procedures in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience required or preferred.
• Supervisory or management experience favored.
• Recruiting/hiring/interviewing skills beneficial.
• Experience handling food preferred.
• High School or college degree required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with oversight of Stationstore operations.
• Hire, supervise and coordinate staff to complete daily tasks.
• Maintain bookkeeping and merchandising standards.
• Provide fast, friendly service and on-site attendance.
• Support execution of the food program with urgency and leadership.
