Job summary

Stand Out For Good, Inc. is seeking a hands-on Assistant Store Leader of Visual Merchandising for our Nashville location. You will drive guest service, visual standards, and store presentation while supporting the Store Leader in daily operations.

You will mentor associates, plan floor sets, manage replenishment, and uphold loss prevention practices. The role demands leadership, relationship building, and a passion for elevating the brand's visual storytelling.

Qualifications

• 1 year Retail Management experience or equivalent
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred or equivalent experience
• Ability to lift and carry up to 30 pounds and stand for long periods

Responsibilities

• Foster a guest-focused team environment and drive guest service excellence
• Lead floor sets, window installations, and merchandising presentation
• Provide timely feedback to associates, recognize performance and drive retention
• Manage product replenishment, mannequin placement, and store atmosphere
• Coach and develop associates, hire, promote and terminations recommendations
• Contribute to loss prevention and safety practices
• Communicate effectively with the executive team and store leadership
• Co-conduct sales associate and keyholder training
