Job summary

Verizon is seeking a store leader to drive high-performance results in a fast-paced sales environment. You will oversee day-to-day store operations, mentor a sales team, and ensure an outstanding customer experience while aligning with company vision.

You will hire, coach, and train staff, develop sales strategies, manage inventory, and provide sales reports to leadership. A strong track record in commission-based sales and flexible scheduling is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of work experience.
• Six+ years of relevant experience required.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends.
• Management experience in a commission-based sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Build, develop and mentor your sales team.
• Provide hiring, performance management and ongoing sales training and support.
• Engage in sales strategy development to showcase products and services.
• Develop and implement sales tools and initiatives.
• Maintain store operations including retail inventory compliance.
