• As an Assistant Manager, you are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control and cash control, and you must uphold policy and procedures 100% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Operate all equipment and stock ingredients from delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
• Prepare product, receive and process telephone orders, take inventory and complete paperwork, and maintain clean facilities daily.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, scheduling, image and standards adherence, customer service, attendance and punctuality.
