• Motivate employees to excel and improve productivity.
• Drive WOW! Customer Service, creating an outstanding shopping experience.
• Monitor cash flow, inventory, and security controls.
• Analyze and reconcile Profit & Loss statements.
• Delegate merchandising tasks and provide performance feedback.
