Panda Restaurant Group Inc is seeking an Assistant Manager in Edmonds, WA to join our store management team. In this role, you will focus on assisting in day-to-day operations, hiring and managing associates, achieving financial goals, and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

This position offers competitive pay ranging from $27 to $30 per hour, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, vision, and dental insurance, and career development opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage conflicts and difficult situations.
• Effective verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment.

Responsabilités

• Assist in the operation of the store.
• Hire, manage, and direct associates to meet financial targets.
• Ensure delivery of exceptional guest experiences.
• Prepare for success through a 3‑week or longer store leadership training program.

Connaissances

Flexibility to work in a store within a 50‑mile radius

Able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends

Food Safety: Serve Safe certified

Formation
