This is a full-time, hourly position with overtime available. You will oversee daily store activities, manage people, and drive sales and profits while upholding company policies and standards.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in Domino's OR prior experience managing people.
• 18+ years of age.
• Good driving record.
• Ability to use MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Good background check.
• Eligible to work in the USA.
• Must reside near store location.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of the store and drive performance.
• Lead by example and train crew to deliver great customer service.
• Work five or more days per week, including weekends.
• Ensure compliance with policy, safety and culture.
• Be the second in command in a million-dollar business effectively.
