Job summary

The Children’s Place is seeking a Store Lead in Clarksville, TN to support the Store Leadership Team with cash-wrap operations, opening/closing procedures, and Leader on Duty responsibilities. You will represent the brand, engage customers, and maintain store standards while developing the team.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years retail experience, strong communication, adaptability, and a commitment to brand integrity and teamwork. The role requires a flexible schedule including weekends.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 1–3 years of retail experience.
• Candidates should demonstrate strong customer engagement and teamwork capabilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and store applications is expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading cash-wrap operations and store opening/closing procedures.
• Provide in-the-moment coaching and develop associates' talent.
• Support training initiatives and uphold brand standards.
• Foster a positive work environment with timely feedback.
• Lead by example in customer service and store cleanliness.
• Participate in Leader on Duty program to drive store profitability.
