Qualifications

• Candidates should have strong communication and customer service skills.
• Shows initiative and leads by example.
• Minimum 1 year in retail, sales or cash handling preferred.
• Ability to learn and operate the POS system.
• Flexible availability: evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Must be at least 16 years old.

Responsibilities

• Lead a department (e.g., Women's, Men's, Children's) and support store standards.
• Greet and assist customers with a positive attitude.
• Train and guide associates on service, product placement, and cash handling.
• Handle transactions, returns, and till counts as needed.
• Organize merchandise, displays, and assist with truck unloading and floor moves.
• Promote current sales and programs.
• Delegate tasks and communicate clearly with the team.
