Job summary

Princess Polly, a global fashion brand, is seeking a Retail Store Stock Lead to drive daily store operations and guest experience in our Orlando location. You will oversee opening and closing duties, support the Store Manager, and lead the team in delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

You’ll motivate staff, manage tasks like registers, merchandising, inventory, and training, while upholding our values and customer-first approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in retail industry.
• 1+ year experience in retail management.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service while contributing to career development.
• Perform operational duties including opening/closing registers, visual merchandising, inventory management, and light housekeeping.
• Build brand loyalty and awareness through memorable in-store experiences in a fast-paced retail environment.
