Job summary

GameStop is seeking a Retail Keyholder in National City, California. In this role, you will assist the management team in supervising store activities and providing outstanding guest service. The ideal candidate will have strong guest service skills and video game knowledge. The position offers competitive benefits including participation in 401(k), paid time off, and health insurance. Compensation ranges from $17.40 to $20.15 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, and/or management experience preferred.
• Must be able to work alone, stand, and move throughout the store unassisted for up to 10 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Provide best-in-class guest service to all guests.
• Support the overall shopping environment and nurture guest relationships.
• Process guest purchases and returns accurately via the POS system.
• Address guest questions and comments in person or on the phone.
• Ensure all areas of the store are clean and organized.
• Conduct store inventory counts and stock merchandise.
• Support store management in achieving sales and profit goals.
