Job summary

Stinker Stores in Boise, ID is seeking a Shift Lead to guide daily operations and provide standout customer service. You’ll help supervise store staff, enforce policies, and keep the store running smoothly while delivering a positive, scent-sational shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 19 years old.
• Background check required.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Prior retail customer service experience.
• Lift up to 50 lbs and work in a 32°F cooler.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and lead store staff.
• Ensure policies and procedures are followed and maintained.
• Keep store organized, stocked, and priced correctly.
• Assist with vendor, warehouse, and fuel deliveries as needed.
• Support onboarding and training initiatives.
