Chico's in Bloomington, IN seeks a Lead Customer Specialist to serve as Manager on Duty when needed. You will lead a team, deliver a welcoming, customer-centered store experience, and uphold brand standards.

You will drive authentic conversations, share product knowledge, and nurture long-term relationships with shoppers while ensuring a smooth, compliant, and collaborative store operation.

Qualifications

• Passion for our brand and fashion.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 1+ year retail experience preferred.
• Flexible availability—nights, weekends, holidays.
• Demonstrates ownership and leads by example.
• Strong leadership, people management, and communication.
• Collaborative leadership style develops talent.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift up to 50 pounds, and move around the floor.
