Responsibilities

• Provide superior customer service leadership; greet and assist customers.
• Operate cash register and scanner to itemize and total customer's purchase.
• Follow company work processes to stock and rotate merchandise.
• Clean the store and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist in the implementation of planograms.
• Open and close the store under direction of the Store Manager.
• Perform additional duties of Store Manager or Assistant Store Manager in their absence.

Skills

Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills

Ability to read and follow planogram and merchandise presentation guides

Ability to perform mathematical calculations
