Job summary

Boot Barn North Conway in New Hampshire seeks an Assistant Store Manager to partner with the Store Manager in driving exceptional customer service, merchandising standards, and store sales performance. You will lead a team, coach for results, and coordinate with district partners to optimize operations and growth.

As part of Boot Barn’s community-driven culture, you will train associates, manage schedules, ensure policy adherence, and support local community events while upholding company values

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree or 2–4 years in retail store management.
• Experience leading a team in a selling environment.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Flexibility for varied shifts including nights and weekends.
• Up to 15% travel to support local stores.

Responsibilities

• Lead store partners to foster a service and selling culture and exceed customer expectations.
• Coach and provide feedback, and be present on the sales floor during peak hours.
• Collaborate with Store Manager on scheduling, training, policies, and hiring.
• Plan and execute community volume-driving events with Store Manager and District Manager.
• Drive customer engagement through loyalty programs and aim for team sales goals.
• Maintain stock levels, merchandising, signing and inventory accuracy.
