Job summary

The role supports Returns, New Store Inventories, Project Coordination and Existing Store Inventories, and builds a broad understanding across department areas.

The position emphasizes training others, collaborating with the Projects team, and delivering data-driven recommendations to store leadership.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient with spreadsheets and Windows-based tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks.

Responsibilities

• Develop mastery of Localized Assortment suite and train others.
• Assist Projects team with store compliance and planning meetings.
• Research inventory requests and provide recommendations to management.
• Prepare and adjust special store inventory requests with ESA.
• Support overflow workload in Returns, New Store, and Existing Store Inventories.
• Gain understanding of SQL and macros to create reports.
