Job summary

Domino's Pizza in Virginia Beach is seeking a General Manager to oversee daily store operations, lead the team, and ensure top-quality customer service and product standards. You will manage schedules, inventory, and ordering while upholding Domino's policies and maintaining a high-energy, customer-focused environment.

The ideal candidate has prior management experience, thrives in a fast-paced setting, and is committed to weekend work and five closing nights per week.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have valid U.S employment authorization.
• Prior management experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Demonstrates a friendly demeanor, motivational skills, and enthusiasm.
• Organized and efficient in time management.
• Preferred restaurant experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop store team.
• Operations & Inventory: schedule employees, place store food orders, maintain inventory.
• Customer & Product Focus: ensure exceptional product quality and respond to customer concerns.
• All store calls must be answered after the first ring.
• Must follow Domino’s Policies and work together as a team.
• Schedule: work weekends and a minimum of 5 closing nights per week.
