Job summary

Domino’s is seeking a Store General Manager in Hampton, VA to lead daily store operations, drive profitability and uphold high food-safety standards. The role requires strong leadership, team development, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage staff, train employees, recruit and retain talent, and ensure compliant operations while leveraging technology like POS systems. A valid driver’s license and safe driving record are preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of General Manager experience in a fast-paced service environment.
• Understand and demonstrate basic operations procedures and cost management capabilities.
• Experience in recruiting, retaining and developing multiple employees.
• Ability to lead and promote team member and food safety protocols.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to operate and troubleshoot technology (POS, ATS, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of a single Domino’s store.
• Provide leadership and supervision to store staff.
• Ensure operational standards, food safety, profitability and inclusive environment.
