You will lead daily operations, team development, and customer service excellence, ensuring compliance with safety and brand standards. Key duties include overseeing talent hiring, optimizing store processes, partnering with operations leadership, and driving metrics like call handling, speed of service, and OTD targets.

Responsibilities

• Login to RapidHire daily to hire top talent.
• Review Evernote feedback from OPS/DM with management.
• Weekly driver rides; provide feedback to improve efficiency and train drivers to hustle.
• Review SUTUS reports daily to reduce holds and answer >90% of calls within 2 rings.
• Maintain daily notes on free items given away.
• Keep loads processing under 3 minutes or less than 2 rings.
• Improve driver and in-store hustle to reach EDT 18 minutes.
• Team safety comes first.
• Issue daily to-do lists to maintain clean, well-kept restaurants.
• Hire friendly, exceptional people.
• Maintain perfect in-store product quality.
• Prepare stores to score well on the EOC.
• Attend weekly GM meetings.
• Report incidents to the Director of Operations/District Manager and provide required paperwork to insurers.
• Hire and staff to eliminate overtime.
