Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking a General Manager to work at our Pearland, League City, and Webster locations as needed. You will oversee daily operations, lead a team, ensure guest satisfaction, and drive sales while maintaining sanitation and a welcoming atmosphere.

Requirements include 2+ years of management in food service, strong communication, MS Office and POS knowledge, and the ability to lift 55 lbs. This is a full-time role with benefits including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in quick-serve restaurant or retail.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage day-to-day operations.
• Excellent communication and feedback skills.
• Knowledge of POS systems and MS Office.
• Able to stand ~8 hours and lift 55 lbs.
