Job summary

Domino's Pizza is hiring an Assistant Manager to lead store operations, coach the team, and uphold exceptional service and product standards.

You will manage shift activities, control costs, inventory, and cash while modeling policy adherence and fostering a positive, high-performance environment. Opportunities for advancement through our Management Development Program and potential franchise pathways are highlighted.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
• Some management experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment and multitask.
• Judgement and math skills are required.

Responsibilities

• You are responsible for everything that happens during your shift, including cost controls, inventory control, cash control and customer relations.
• Set the example and ensure all policies and procedures are followed 100% of the time by you and your crew.
• Staffing, paperwork, cost controls, cash control, food management, working to a schedule, maintaining image and adherence to standards, delivering great customer service, and punctual attendance.
• Maintain store cleanliness, handle marketing efforts, and drive profitability.
