This role offers weekly pay from $1,000 to $1,100, with profit bonuses and separate incentives tied to inspection scores, plus health insurance and paid vacation.

Qualifikationen

• Past restaurant management or supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks.
• Understanding of scheduling, inventory, cash handling, and cost control.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Recruit, train, coach, and develop team members and assistant managers.
• Create schedules that support business needs and control labor costs.
