The role emphasizes cost controls, P&L awareness, and a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement to drive store profitability and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Prior experience in a management role or similar experience (required).
• Customer service experience (required).
• Fast food/quick service restaurant experience (preferred).
• Valid driver’s license (required).
• High School education or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Manage Store Operations and Drive Results – including cost controls, inventory, food, image standards, store cleanliness, attendance & punctuality.
• Recruit, Develop, and Retain staff team members.
• Manage Food Safety and Team Member Safety.
